Information on the right to withdraw from the purchase contract / exchange goods / make a claim

(the “information”)

1.1. Within 14 days of receiving the parcel, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason, to exchange UNUSED and UNWORN goods, or to make a claim, and must send the goods back to the seller within 14 days of withdrawing. The carrier's date stamp (receipt) is decisive.

Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, the seller sends the amount for the goods to the customer's bank account stated in the “model form for withdrawal from the contract / exchange of goods / claim”.

1.2. To exercise the right to withdraw, exchange goods or make a claim, the customer must fill in the “model form for withdrawal from the purchase contract / exchange of goods / claim” (the “form”) and send it signed together with the goods to the seller's address stated in the form, or electronically to mypyjamas.store@gmail.com.

1.3. Returned goods must be undamaged, unworn and fit for resale. This is assessed by the seller, who knows exactly what condition the goods were sent in.

1.4. The seller refunds the price of the goods without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of receiving the complete parcel, i.e. the goods in their original condition together with the form.

1.5. The seller may refund using the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless the customer specifies otherwise in the enclosed form. For cash-on-delivery purchases, the seller sends the amount to the customer's account stated in the enclosed form.

1.6. The customer bears all costs associated with withdrawal, return, exchange or claims. Parcels sent cash on delivery will not be accepted, and the withdrawal, return, exchange or claim will not be accepted. Shipping fees are not refunded.

1.7. The seller reserves the right to change this information in the future.
