Shipping and payment basics

1. We ship your order to the Zásilkovna (Packeta) pickup point you choose.

2. Delivery to your chosen Zásilkovna pickup point takes 2–5 WORKING days after dispatch.

3. As soon as we hand the parcel to the carrier, you'll receive an email with the parcel number.

4. You'll also get a text message when the parcel is ready at your pickup point.
